MIM

Metal injection molding

MIM process is produces components with complicated shapes without the need for machining.

Metal injection molding (MIM) is a typical product of cross-disciplinary, integrating two different processing technologies (plastic injection mold and powder metallurgy). It is more plasticity, and it can produce low-cost, complicated shapes of various metal materials by MIM, hence it's more suitable for most products. Through this method, designer can have freedom of design.

HPM

High precision press molding

MIM process is produces components with complicated shapes without the need for machining.

HPM is refer to high precision press molding with high technology both in material and process, the density and strength are higher than traditional press molding – PM, HPM is a method of making various different parts and products by pressing and sintering with the mixed powder with metal and non-metal.
